What are the Shipping Options?

We offer Shipping throughout the both Islands (of Trinidad and Tobago) and Delivery to Locations alongside the East-West Corridor and Southbound to San Fernando (in Trinidad only).


Shipping is available for selected Items, and is offered via Local Couriers inclusive of TTPost. The Process is as follows:

  1. Place your Order,

  2. Make Payment (via Online Bank Transfer, or In-Bank Deposit); NB: Cash on Delivery is also available based on Courier utilised,

  3. Provide Shipping Address,

  4. Package is prepared and Collected by Courier, or Dropped Off to TTPost Branch in Sangre Grande,

  5. Courier contacts you on Delivery Day to finalise arrangements.

Shipping takes 2 - 3 Business Days from Receipt of Payment. Please note that currently TTPost may experience delays that result from the Pandemic (COVID-19) at hand which has affected their Shipping Process.


Delivery is available for all Items, and is offered via an In-House Delivery Team, or External Delivery Service Provider (if necessary). The Process is as follows:

  1. Place your Order,

  2. Make Payment (via Online Bank Transfer, or In-Bank Deposit); NB: Cash on Delivery is also available),

  3. Provide Delivery Address,

  4. Order is prepared, Scheduled and communicated to you,

  5. Delivery Team contacts you on Delivery Day to finalise arrangements.

Delivery is Scheduled based on Orders and Routes. Based on when an Order is Placed Delivery can vary from Same-Day Delivery to any future Date that will be communicated to you.
