Delivery Coverage

We Ship to Locations across Trinidad and Tobago, ensuring your Order arrives at your door. Delivery availability and time may vary by Location.

Processing Time

Once your Order is confirmed:

Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. will usually be processed the same day.
Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. will be processed the next business day.
Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 1 - 2 business days.

(Processing time may vary during peak Seasons or Promotions.)

Delivery Timeframe

Standard Delivery: Within 2 - 3 business days in Trinidad, and 5 - 7 business days in Tobago.
Remote or Rural Areas (in Trinidad): Delivery may take 3 – 5 business days.
You will receive updates and delivery information via WhatsApp.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees depend on your location and order size.

Standard Delivery Charges apply for most areas in Trinidad - TT $45.00. Based on your Location, Delivery Fee will be confirmed.
Free Delivery may be offered on select Promotions.

How Delivery Works

Choose your items and submit your details.
Order Confirmation
We confirm Stock and your Order via WhatsApp.
Dispatch and Tracking
Once scheduled for Delivery, you will receive details on the morning of the delivery day.
Receive your Package
Your Delivery is made to the Address you provided upon placing your Order.

Name (Given Name and Title)
Contact Number (include Secondary as a Backup if you have one)
Full Delivery Address (include House/Street Number where applicable)
Any Special Instructions (e.g., Landmarks, Building Names, Preferred Delivery Times)
